Welcome to Master Data Process team. We add value by creating, optimizing and controlling master data and Customer data in Nordea. As Process Manager, you’ll play a valuable role in our development of our Process Competence in master data Management.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive and/or be part of different initiatives and projects related to Lifecycle Management of customer- and master data
- Manage and optimize Processes
- Set up/manage KPI:s in the related processes
- Contribute with Expert Knowledge around Process Management in Nordea
- Contribute to the implementation of a Process Governance in Nordea master data Area
You’ll join an international team consisting of ambitious, competent and creative team where teamwork is crucial. The role is based in Gdynia.

Your experience and background:
- Minimum 5 years of experience from Process Management, preferably from master data, financial sector, telecom or IT
- Professional in building, optimizing and implementing processes and KPI’s
- Professional in Stakeholder Management on all levels
- Used to work in an international environment
- Some ability to travel for workshops/meetings in the Nordics
- Fluent in English and preferably also one of the Nordic languages
- Preferably Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma or similar
