DUTIES
- Design and execute a strategic roadmap for the product based on data collected from customers, partners and internal teams that achieves the business goals
- Well-designed features that balance minimal viable feature definitions to meet the core customer requirements with creating passionate customers
- Driving new customer growth and existing customer loyalty through a combination of innovation and well planned enhancements
- Understand market problems and identify market opportunities
- Act as a Scrum Product Owner
- Work closely with engineering, design and support to define features
- Manage the backlog and incoming feature requests
- Communicate recommendations and decisions to the rest of the team
- Keep a finger on the pulse of the industry to ensure we build today what our customers want to use tomorrow
- Build relationships across product lines and functional groups to make sure we are all on the same page
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience in a high growth software product organization with prior experience in software development and/or management
- High knowledge of driving a successful software product from scratch, or delivering multiple major software product releases
- Pay attention to details
- Experience in software development or software project management
- Required to influence cross-functional teams without any outside help
- Ability to prioritise among competing opportunities, balance customer needs with business priorities, and articulate the rationale behind decisions
- Fluent English
- Teamwork and organisational skills
- Statistical, analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- BA/BS Computer Science or related technical degree strongly preferred
