Opis stanowiska
- Carry out end-to-end recruitment processes in close cooperation with hiring managers and together with regional HR resources
- Adhere to agreed policies, procedures and processes designed to drive consistency of approach, reduce costs and improve recruitment capability and effectiveness
- Identify, create and manage talent pools of candidates as required
- Support and advise on all recruitment related issues
- Stay updated on trends and market situation within the area of recruitment, in particular, social media and digitalization
Wymagania
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree within HR, Business Administration or Organisational Psychology
- Proven track record within recruitment from a commercially focused, preferably global, organisation
- Demonstrable end to end recruitment experience gained within an in-house or Agency/RPO organisation
- Recruitment experience gained within a Shared Services environment would be advantageous
- Experience with sourcing candidates through full range of attraction and resourcing methods and channels is an advantage
- Experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experienced in a wide variety of selection techniques including competency based interviews and psychometric assessment tools
- Excellent English skills required, both written and verbal
