For our internal Recruitment and Development Department we are seeking the following:
As a part of our international talent acquisition team, you will be tasked with filling our internal technical & commercial positions, actively helping Hemmersbach to continue being one of the fastest growing companies on IT market.
Your tasks:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment projects: from determining the requirements with our hiring managers of different units, via sourcing and selection of candidates, phone screenings and personal/Skype interviews, through to the hiring stage
- Collaborating with recruitment agencies and career offices, representing the company during job fairs and other EB events to raise the brand profile on the job market
- Driving sourcing efforts, selecting suitable portals to identify potential candidates and take on the active sourcing approach
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting - ideally for IT & SSC/BPO positions
- The ability to communicate fluently in English - both spoken and written
- Proven track record in the area of active sourcing, social media and promoting of employer brands, creativity in searching for innovative solutions to improve the recruitment
- MS Office knowledge
- A high level of self-motivation: readiness to take ownership and work independently, a drive for results and efficiency
- Customer service orientated, strong social and organisational skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and to respond quickly to new demands
- Experience in working within a geographically dispersed team, managing cross-functional global projects and stakeholders abroad
- German or another foreign language
