Ensuring that the EC receives sufficient information and documentation to enable it to conduct its work and monitoring that decisions taken by the EC are implemented
Collaborating with CDO to jointly ensure solid information architecture documentation and development in alignment with the Data Governance Policy, and to determine key priorities for improving group data and information management
Supporting the creation and maintenance of the Conceptual Data Model (CDM) and Business Logical Data Models (BLDM:s) according to agreed guidelines, and DMC/DC's guidance
Developing and maintaining target and transitional information capability architecture documentation (Data, Processes, Applications, Technology)
Providing information architecture policies, instructions and guidance to projects and architects in other units
Co-chairing the Data Management Committee and facilitating the Data Councils
Acting as a single point of contact for information architecture-related issues at Group level
Providing internal consultancy and advisory services for major change initiatives
Conducting regularly scheduled information/data architecture reviews for all major information architecture deliverables to verify compliance with all approved models and standards
Coordinating change management and communication, including training for targeted audiences
- Experience in Banking area. Strong knowledge of Business Definitions. ITIL v.3
- Good understanding of SW Development Methodology (Agile - SCRUM, Waterfall)
- Strong knowledge of BA Methodology:
- BA Planning and Monitoring;
- Elicitation and Collaboration;
- Requirement LCM;
- Requirement analysis and Design Definition;
- Strong knowledge and experience in Documentation Design:
- Epics and User Stories;
- Vision and Scope;
- Business and Stakeholder Requirement Doc;
- SRS Doc
- Data Dictionary (useful for Data Architect role)
- Data Base Design Doc (useful for Data Architect role)
- Strong knowledge of modeling Technics
- BPMN or other BP modeling (IDEF, UML Activity Diagrams, ARIS EPC, etc.)
- UML Use Case (is a plus), Class Diagrams
- ER (Entity Relation Ship). Conceptual, Logical Models
- DFD (Data Flow Diagrams);
- State Diagrams.
- Strong Business Analysis Skills. 5+ years
- Strong knowledge of JIRA. 1-2 years
- Experience of JIRA workflow
- IBM financial models knowledge will be a high advantage
same with knowledge of IGC tool
- Good to have:
- experience (knowledge) in BI, Info/Data Governance Projects.

System Analyst needed for project is accountable for Information Architecture matters across the big Scandinavian Bank.
CIA is formalizing the tooling and processing strategy to support the banks requirement for a Data Dictionary.
The primary tools for capturing the banks Data Dictionary will be IGC(IBM Product) and Mega Hopex.
Initially it is proposed that JIRA is used as a workflow and management tool for managing change in the Data Dictionary.
System Analysts are required to implement the initial JIRA customisation and configuration of JIRA
Ongoing support of JIRA Epics and Stories are then required by the System Analysts
