Supporting users with the day-to-day use of Sungard's Front Arena application
Supporting users with the day-to-day use of Sungard's Front Arena platform
Answering support tickets via service desk and email, log user requests and execute first prioritisation of issues as a central point of contact for any issues related to the Front Arena platform
Resolution of L1/L2 issues, detailed analysis of issues that need escalation to L3
Manage team of L2 maintenance engineers, and interact with managers
SLA and team performance metrics monitoring and management
- L2 banking/trading applications and user support
- Readiness for on-call duties, evening and mornings shifts
- Basic Python and Java technical skills;
- Basic knowledge of change and deployment management;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a fast learner and a great team player;
- Agile mindset and extensive knowledge of the Atlassian toolset;
- Problem-solving attitude, motivated by challenges and learning new things;
- Disciplined, structured and self-motivated;
- Excelling in managing time and priorities;
- Strong interest in the financial market;
- Fluent in English.
