Responsibilites
- Creating new data models
- Writing ETL scripts
- Adding new sources to the warehouse
- DWH/ETL refactoring
- Revision of version control system
- Set out the framework and standards, and drive continuous improvement of the service offering
- Teradata performance tuning
Requirements
Mandatory requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent SQL knowledge
- Teradata experience
- Database & Data Warehousing expertise, especially procedures & automating solutions
- Data analysis
- Relational database management
- UNIX scheduling and scripting, ETL experience
- Linux Experience
Nice to have:
- SQL Performance Tuning and Optimisation
- Data stage experience
- Hands-on eperience with Perl/Python
Individual Contributor:
- Fluency in English

We offer
Teradata DWH Improvement team required in Tri-city area for Scandinavian Commercial Bank. Our project is implementing some improvements needed on the common data warehouse solution of the bank.
One of these improvements require building new concepts reducing the current data sets in our test environments.
The role will require working with DWH experts and business experts to create the test data slicing concept. Building a proof of concept, testing and implementing the solution. The solution should be dynamic, allowing projects to select different sets of data based on specific requirements.
