Service Administrator – Partner Acquisition
Miejsce pracy: Bielany Wrocławskie, Wrocław
Your main responsibilities:
- Acquisition of new partners/suppliers World Wide – required readiness to lead B2B phone calls,
- Execute administrative duties in Partner Management team (responsible for subcontractors and vendors),
- Create and updating/editing information in internal IT tools,
- Lead time monitoring.
Our requirements:
- Fluent English is a must,
- MS Office – with special emphasis on Excel – used in practice,
- Creative and well-organized person,
- Good analytical skills and able to draw conclusions rapidly,
- Ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously,
- Flexibleness.
Would be an asset:
- Good knowledge of other language,
- Previous experience in customer contact (business to business),
- Knowledge of IT services.
