We are currently looking for a dynamic individual with passion for social media to lead a team of content reviewers and take the overall ownership of the process.
The team will be required to review workflow of the on-line content. The raters will review content for sensitive topic tags and classify the content as per the categories.
- Proven experience of managing teams of 50+ FTE in a 24/7 delivery schedule.
- Excellent project management experience, ability to define projects and execute within timelines with multiple stakeholders. Proven ability to deliver projects on time and to budget.
- Analytically-minded, logical thinker with strong problem solving skills and ability to make trade-offs.
- Team player and self-starter with strong interpersonal and solution oriented attitude and an ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast paced, constantly evolving team environment
- Very good communication skills – fluent English, French or German will be considered a plus.
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally and cross geography with all levels of management
- Managing a team of process of content moderation as per defined guidelines
- Managing a multilingual team of content reviewers in a 24/7 delivery schedule
- Monitoring service delivery and ensuring that all projects metrics are met
- Effectively managing and providing guidance and support to team leaders
- Building effective relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders
