Your new company

On behalf of our Client, renowned international company, which is opening its SSC in Tricity, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Service Delivery Manager.

Your new role

Holding the position of the Service Delivery Manager your main purpose will be to manage internal and external stakeholders, represent SSC in front of entire client group and ensure service level agreements are met and sustained. You will be the point of contact for all SLA and KPI measures as well as responsible for creating mechanism to report track and manage all KPIs. At the same time you will be a direct manager of Process Improvement Specialist, where you will be responsible for tracking and monitoring effectiveness of processes and teams, highlighting deficiencies as well as planning improvements and increasing efficiency in the relevant process areas.

What you'll need to succeed

A successful candidate will need to hold a business-oriented bachelor’s degree (Finance/ Accounting / Economics) as well as accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA). You will also need more than 6 years’ of experience in project and people management, preferably gained in SSC environment. A good candidate will have commercial understanding of the business, good knowledge of SLA and KPI reporting mechanism as well as experience in transition projects. Moreover, highly developed interpersonal, communication, leadership and analytical skills as well as ability to prioritize and coach will be necessary. Fluency in English and MS Office knowledge is required.
