- 1st Line Telephone Customer Service.
- Recording, classifying and prioritizing users requests.
- Diagnosing and resolving basic problems according to SLA parameters.
- Monitoring requests resolutions.
- Collaborating with other support lines on more complex technical issues reported by our customers.
- Providing high-quality customer service.
- English & Spanish (at least B2).
- High-level communication skills.
- Knowledge of computer hardware construction.
- Knowledge of MS Windows 8/8.1/10.
- Knowledge of MS Office 2013/2016/2019.
- Teamwork attitude.
