On behalf of our Client, a global outsourcing company established in Gdańsk we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Service Desk Agent with Danish.
Holding the position of Service Desk Agent you will be responsible for handling escalated calls from users. You should follow KEDBs, Wikis for resolving technical issues and follow the defined processes (SOPs/SOWs) while attempting to resolve the L1 incidents. Tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement, delivering best quality service, reporting as well as studying transition documents to gain understanding of customer business will also consist scope of responsibilities.
To be successful in this role you need some experience in a similar role or within customer service. Moreover our Client appreciates your set of IT skills regarding desk servicing, good knowledge of key IT processes around service delivery and operations, especially incident & problem management skills. Fluency in English and Danish are required.
