On behalf of our Client, a global outsourcing company established in Gdańsk we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Service Desk Analyst with Spanish.
Holding the position of IT Support Analyst you will be responsible for service ticket creation, assignment, categorization, prioritization, escalation, tracking, closure and feedback. You should follow KEDBs, Wikis for resolving technical issues and follow the defined processes (SOPs/SOWs) while attempting to resolve the incidents. This work also consists of such duties like incident management (ticket re-assignment, routing, chasing, queue management) and problem management (identifying the calls/tickets and highlighting them to L2, tracking, call back).
To be successful in this role you need minimal experience (at least 0,5 year) in a similar role, educational background (IT or related) would be an asset. Moreover our Client appreciates your set of IT skills regarding desk servicing, good knowledge of key IT processes around service delivery and operations, especially incident & problem management skills. Fluency in English and Spanish are required.
