We are currently looking for candidates for the position:
- Fluent English (C1) + German or French (min. B2).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic technical background or interest in new technologies would be of advantage
- Thorough understanding of Social Media etiquette, role and strategy.
- Provides an exceptional level of support to our social media communities across Facebook, Twitter and other supported platforms moderating and responding to messages and feedbacks in a timely and supportive manner.
- Provides basic technical troubleshooting covering TV and Audio questions for EU on Social Media channels.
- If extensive troubleshooting is needed - guides the consumer to other support channels.
- Supports on product reviews on website (low star reviews)
- Supports on product reviews and questions on third party platforms (Amazon) for TV in DACH and Audio: UK, Italy, Spain and DACH.
