- Help improve the defined processes as we create more automation and gather information
- Ability to learn to work with customer internal tools
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines
- Judge and decide on content by referring to client policy and guidelines
- Proficient level of German (at least C1 level)
- Fluency in English language (both spoken and written)
- Good understanding of local culture
