Software Developer in Test Gdansk, Poland
Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications. Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of industry experience
- JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS web technologies development proficiency
- Java development proficiency
- Proficiency in Unit Tests creation
- Knowledge of JUnit unit tests library
- Knowledge of Maven build automation tool
- Knowledge of TDD methodology
- Knowledge of GIT version control system
- Knowledge of IntelliJ Idea
- Knowledge of best practices for software design, planning, implementation and operational excellence
- Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Experience in Agile software development
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical peers
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
- Knowledge of JsViews
- Programming background with C++ programing language
