The Rapid Voice Development team is responsible for design and development of web-based tools for data collection and analysis, making sure that IVONA languages and voices can be released with continuously improving speed and quality.

As part of our development team you will work alongside other Software Developers who are subject matter experts in speech synthesis and related fields. You will be responsible for designing system architectures, selecting best development solutions, optimizing software performance. You will be involved in projects from concept to deployment, working closely with our core technology team, taking part in the complete project lifecycle.
- M.S. or B.S. degree in Computer Science.
- 0-2+ years of industry experience.
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java, C++ or C#.
- Frontend web development experience.
- Experience in working with Linux/Unix systems.
- Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design, and problem solving.
- Strong personal interest in learning, researching, and creating new technologies with high commercial impact.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Perl or Python.
- Experience with crowdsourcing.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
