Source to Pay (S2P) Reporting Expert
Location: Gdańsk
Main responsibilities:
- Identify and monitor deviations and issues and propose and implement corrective actions;
- Act as a main point of contact and escalation for various stakeholder groups;
- Provide accurate updates and regular reports;
- Tracking and reporting of S2P FTEs and costs globally in SSCDN;
- Ensure proper quality of reporting deliverables;
- Provide accurate updates and regular reports;
- Provide support and guidance to ensure process understanding.
Core competences and skills:
- University degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Informatics or equivalent degree);
- Accounting or Controlling knowledge and working experience;
- Presentation skills (ability to present the analyses/reports towards senior stakeholders);
- Knowledge of SAP (and DataOne as beneficial);
- English: fluent, min. C1 (mandatory);
- Analytical skills;
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
