Currently we are looking for:
Customer Specialist with French and Italian
Your tasks will be:
- answering customer’s IT related queries
- providing 1st line technical support; answering support queries via phone, email, Chat
- providing technical support for incoming issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
- running diagnostic programs to resolve issues
Requirements:
- fluent French and Italian
- communicative English
- experience in Service Desk will be an asset
