For our Client from finance and banking sector we are looking for open-minded and motivated candidates for team supporting French speaking business Clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Contact with business partners in French
- Analyzing issues related to online platform
- Process customer documentations accurately
- Solving problems related to the documentation status
- Ensuring that daily operations are carried out according to internal procedures and regulations
Requirements:
- Very good level of French (min. B2) and good English
- Experience in finance area will be an asset
- Interpersonal skills, good communication skills and ability to maintain good cooperation with colleagues from other teams
- Analytical skills and being attached to the details
- Good team working skills
- Can do attitude
- Willingness to develop in finance/ banking area
