Opis stanowiska:
  • Udział w tworzeniu polityki personalnej firmy
  • Samodzielne prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych oraz selekcja kandydatów dla potrzeb wewnętrznych spółki
  • Aktywne poszukiwanie nowych źródeł pozyskiwania kandydatów
  • Współpraca z działem HR i działami merytorycznymi
  • On-boarding nowych pracowników
  • Wartościowanie stanowisk pracy
  • Organizacja i koordynowanie systemu Ocen Pracowniczych
  • Udział w budowaniu systemu motywacyjnego
  • Wprowadzenie i utrzymanie standardów zarządzania kompetencjami
  • Budowanie świadomości pracowników w zakresie misji, wizji i wartości firmy
  • Możliwość pracy zdalnej
Wymagania:
  • Min. 3-letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku w firmie z branży IT lub nowoczesnych technologii
  • Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne i wysoka kultura osobista
  • Biegła znajomość portali tematycznych, gromadzących specjalistów z branży IT
  • Znajomość zagadnień związanych z Systemem Ocen Pracowniczych
  • Znajomość narzędzi oraz metod badań kompetencji i rozwoju pracowników
  • Zdolności analityczne, dokładność, sumienność oraz samodzielność
  • Umiejętność budowania relacji i wspierania współpracowników
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym
  • Znajomość pakietu MS Office
