For our Client – a global concern in industrial engineering services, we are looking for person for site materials management role:
- Monitor the delivery and loading / unloading process and receive the materials in the storage area
- Execute checks for completeness and / or damage, and report results
- Coordinate with the experts, e.g. Site Supervisors to support the quality check
- Physical preparation of material issues according to material issue forms and hand-over to the site team or client
- Physical return of materials returned from subcontractors or client; check / inspect quality and quantity, store these materials and report accordingly
- Ensure proper material storage and record storage locations or changes in storage locations
- Maintain, check and report conditions of warehouse and storage areas
- Control access to all storage areas, ensure security measures are in place during absence of warehouse personnel
- Support the Site Materials Management team in performing inventories
- Execute preservation activities for materials in the storage areas
- English or German required
- Forklifts licence much appreciated
