Zadania:
prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych (przygotowywanie ogłoszeń, prowadzenie rozmów rekrutacyjnych),
współpraca z dostawcami szkoleń, organizacja szkoleń dla pracowników,
nadzór nad aktualizacją kart opisu stanowiska pracy,
organizowanie eventów firmowych dla pracowników,
współtworzenie narzędzi i procesów HR-owych w obszarze rekrutacji i rozwoju.
Wymagania:
wykształcenie wyższe - mile widziany kierunek z obszaru psychologii, socjologii lub zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi,
min. rok doświadczenia w obszarze rekrutacji w dziale personalnym,
bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego,
dobra znajomość obsługi komputera (Excel, Power Point),
komunikatywność i umiejętności interpersonalne,
umiejętność planowania i organizacji czasu pracy,
umiejętność pracy w zespole,
chęć pogłębiania wiedzy w obszarze ZZL i zaangażowanie.
