Realizacja projektów rekrutacyjnych na rynku węgierskim na stanowiska specjalistyczne z branży IT
Budowanie i utrzymywanie długofalowych relacji z Kandydatami
Współpraca z zagranicznymi partnerami spółki w zakresie realizacji projektów
Przygotowywanie dokumentów wewnętrznych oraz prowadzenie komunikacji przy wykorzystaniu języków obcych
WYMAGANIA
Bardzo dobra znajomość jęz. węgierskiego
Bardzo dobra znajomość jęz. angielskiego lub jęz. niemieckiego
Doświadczenie w rekrutacji metodą direct search – warunek konieczny
Doświadczenie w rekrutacji metodą direct search na stanowiska specjalistyczne w branży IT lub znajomość branży IT – mile widziane
Umiejętność i gotowość do pracy ze standardami oraz procesami
Łatwość nawiązywania kontaktów interpersonalnych oraz prowadzenia negocjacji
