Stability Engineer (NAPA)
Miejsce pracy: Gdynia
Responsibilities:
- Stability and other hydrostatic calculations for new projects (pre contract) and feasibility studies
- Lightship weight calculations for new projects and conversions
- Full stability documentations for ongoing projects and conversions (incl. inclining test)
- Contact with Class, Authorities, Shipyards, Vendors and Owners
- Actively participate in developing new ship designs in cooperation with other naval architects
Qualifications:
- BSc or MSc of Naval Architecture, or equivalent
- 3+ years experience with stability and NAPA
- Design office/Shipyard/Classification within the field of calculations/naval architecture
- NAPA and AUTOCAD programs knowledge
- Good command of English in speaking and writing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both as a team player and individually
- Entrepreneur and organization skills
