On behalf of our Client, international company located in Tricity, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Subregional Payroll Manager.

Holding this position you will be responsible for providing guidance to the subordinates within the latitude of established company policies, managing the activities of the payroll function they have responsibility for, developing policies and procedures for payroll process as well as ensuring the generation of the company payroll, including labor distribution records, vacation and sick leave accrual, overtime and withholding status. Furthermore, Subregional Payroll Manager may be responsible for sales tax payment and/or stock option administration, recommendation of changes to policies and establishment of procedures that affect immediate organization(s). In addition, the scope of duties will include receiving assignment in the form of objectives and determining how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.

To be successful in this role you will need to have business degree with a minimum of three to five year’s of leadership role in Payroll. Moreover, you should have good working knowledge of multi - country payrolls within the EMEA region, tax related issues and regulatory compliance. The perfect Candidate should have strong interpersonal and leadership skills together with proven record from successfully leading a team and ability to work efficient under time pressure with an accurate and timely delivery. Fluent English is required.
