- Monitor and proactively maintain the environment to ensure a stable operation;
- Provide level 2 support for issues and problems; investigate customers' concern calls;
- Help team to meet or exceed defined Service Level Agreements;
- Management and maintenance supported infrastructures;
- Provide on-call support for the corporate environment.
