Management of the team moderating and dealing with social media content consisting of approx. 15-20 FTEs:
- Providing overall and individual support for the team members, conducting and documenting daily/weekly/monthly coaching, huddles and feedback sessions meant for skill and discipline related issues
- Maintaining and encouraging high level of engagement among team members
- Preparing and distributing periodical and ad hoc reports to the team
- Daily overall supervision of the team and the whole project
- Dealing with potentially disturbing content in order to report and supervise content classification process
- Ensure a very high degree of client satisfaction and delight by meeting all the SLAs, expected productivity, quality
- Active participation in internal and external meetings
- Close cooperation with other Team Leaders, Team Manager and Deputy General Manager in order to provide effective and seamless service to the client
- Contribution to the project by accomplishing established quality and efficiency target
