For our Client, a global leading international manufacturer of electrical insulatingmaterials, technical laminates and composites to a variety of industries aroundthe world, we are looking for professional and talented candidates for aposition of:
Technical Sales Manager
The main purpose for this role is to acquire newaccounts and develop relationships with existing customers in Poland to achievesales targets. You will be responsible for technical products among others areHigh Voltage & Low Voltage power transformers, insulating materials,prepregs & laminates, etc.
Your role willbe concentrating on:
- searching for new industry clients mainly in southernpart of Poland
- developing long-term relationships with clientsthrough managing and interpreting their requirements
- persuading clients that a product or service bestsatisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
- close cooperationwith the units, product management and R & D department, providing relevantdata for the R & D department and production
- negotiating tender and contract terms and conditionsto meet both client and company needs
- providing pre-sales technical assistance and producteducation, and after-sales support services
- preparing reports for top management, regularreporting in CRM
- meeting regular salestargets
- supporting marketing activities by attending tradeshows, conferences and other marketing events
making technical presentations, product demonstration,trainings
If:
- you have a higher business degree or technical degree(bachelor or master)
- in a electrotechnics, engineering electro mechanics and others
- you have several years of commercial experience and you are able to setup and maintain client relationships in an industrial B2B environment
- you have a good knowledge of English
- you are a communicative person and can listen in an active way to feelthe needs of customers
- you are proactive and sales driven person
- you have an open-minded mentality and are eager to learn
- you are client oriented with a focus on solutions and results
