- Technology adoption, and communication activities
- Supporting change management, execution, coordination with vendors and employees
- Managing stakeholders as leadership, business and vendor’s representatives
- Managing projects from the communication point of view
- Creating training materials and knowledge base articles
- Previous experience in internal communication or user experience in the corporate environment
- Understanding of project management lifecycle
- Ability to reach stakeholders on various levels and build relations with them
- Good communication skills with marketing/PR touch
- Knowledge of IT environment is not a must
- Experience in creating communication plans, and user-friendly presentations
- Ability to educate and mentor others effectively
- Ability to conduct and lead meetings
- Good eye for graphic design would be appreciated (Adobe environment)
- Familiar with Microsoft365 products
- Fluent English level
- Higher education in specialization is desired: marketing, PR, psychology, economy or project management
