We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to work as an Software Test Engineer within our Gdansk team. Candidates must demonstrate a keen interest in the Software Testing process and be committed to testing as a career. Our test environment is a mixture of Manual and Automated Testing (Selenium with Java).

- Software Testing based on industry best practise and experience
- Review Software Requirements Documentation & Specifications
Requirements:
The suitable candidate would ideally possess most of the following:
- Minimum of 3 years software testing experience in web based software
- Working knowledge of Relational databases/ANSI SQL (ORACLE, DB2 or SQL Server)
- Insurance and Banking business experience a distinct advantage
- ISEB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing (or equivalent) an advantage
- Proven ability to lead a project from a QA perspective, and an ability to work well as a member of the greater QA team.
- Detailed knowledge of Test & Software Development lifecycles
- Strong Test Analysis/Investigative skills
- Ability to work against tight deadlines
- Excellent customer facing and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferably with experience working directly with customers
- Ability to use own initiative and work to tight deadlines
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to client sites when necessary
