Responsibilites
Responsibilities:
- SPoC to the TM regarding test planning, preparation and execution
- Define test scope for a release together with PO, Project Management and the Test Managers from the participating projects
- Define test scope for a release together with PO, Project Management and the Test Managers from the participating projects
- Schedule test preparation with TM's for each release
- Create a test plan (release/iteration) for the specific release/iteration.
- Coordinate test related activities to related projects and development initiatives.
- Prepare test sets and check the test coverage regarding the release scope
- Track Quality Gates
- Create Release Master Test Report
ALM related responosibilties
- Prepare test release in HP QC Test Lab in alignment with the Test Manager
- Check that test cases are sufficiently allocated to HP QC Test Lab
- Assess non allocated test cases in HP QC Test Plan
- Maintains reporting
Requirements
Mandatory skills required:
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of DWH or ETL architecture and testing
- SQL practical experience
- Experience with agile methodologies
ISTQB certification
- Experience Required:
- Knowledge and ability to work with various databases (e.g. Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server)
- Knowledge and ability to work with various Test management tools (ALM, HP QC, JIRA)
- Ability to liaise with Business, PMs, QA and Dev stakeholders to understand processes
- Ability to Lead and coordinate team of 40+ testers in terms of Release management

Our client is the largest Scandinavian bank.
The Release Test Manager belongs to the Test Management Team and is responsible for the planning and coordination of the entire test for a release for the team of 40+ testers geographically distributed around the world. The RTM schedules all test activities based on the release scope and time plan. The RTM provides the TM's within the test planning and test setup in HP QC.The RTM is responsible for proving the quality gates and creates the Release Master Test Report. Aligning work with the TM, the ODM and the Project management is obligatory.
