Our Source to pay (S2P) department keeps that system running smoothly by managing cash flow and paying vendors. We are searching for a Trainee for full-time, to join our accounts payable team to be part of the process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The accounts payable specialist will have both a day-to-day impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.
- Verification invoices in Smart Scan.
- Handling PO and non-PO invoices and credit notes in SAP.
- Maintaining effective and efficient communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing data for Intrastat report.
- Handle Ad-hoc tasks and escalations.
Additionally, part of your role will involve actively participating in process improvement projects and providing support to your direct supervisor in other assigned tasks.
