Due to rapid growth of our organization in Gdansk we are looking for experienced professionals to join our Social Media project. We are currently looking for a
- Conduct specific training and identify/assess training needs
- Create/review teaching material
- Plan, organize and implement training activities
- Evaluate training effectiveness
- Hold training performance discussion and motivate/encourage resources
- Analyze data to identify the area of improvement for the resources
- Develop and implement corrective measures/ refreshers for the team
- Proficient level of French
- Fluency in English language (both spoken and written)
- Experience in training field and conducting training activities
- Open-minded attitude & analytical skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural dynamic environment
