Vendor Manager

Required education and experience on the job:
- Experienced in customer service field (service and procedures)
- Vocational or Bachelor level education
- Related work experience: contract negotiations, consumer care, project management
- Good knowledge of:
- Data collection, compilation, analysis & reporting
- Problem definition (clear & precise), problem-solving technique
- Consumer focus with experience in the field
- Service market information
- Call centre technical issues
- Management skills for reporting, cost and KPI field.
Required knowledge and skills on the job:
- Good communication skills and capabilities
- Enthusiastic and aggressive in solving problems.
- Ability to communicate clearly and represent the company towards repair centre
- Technical and commercial negotiation skills
- Speak fluent English
- Basic Microsoft office and computer knowledge
Required personal characteristics on the job:
- Travelling time 40%
- Strong drive to achieve results.
- Independent in taking up own initiatives.
- Operational effectiveness: is effective in unstructured situations with large workload, dealing with multiple tasks simultaneously
