As a Vendor Project Coordinator, you will help the Program Manager with logistics and scheduling, session moderation and facilitation, documentation and operations support (ie. surveys, data, etc) to facilitate a smooth cohort experience.
Your profile:
- Fair experience in project coordination (experience in PM tools, like Asana, would be a plus)
- Knowledge of Cloud working will be a plus
- Great Presentation skills
- University degree
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project logistics
- Create & Manage cohort calendar (invites, confirmations, speakers’ coordination)
- Maintain content library, program best practices, and comms documentation
- Maintain internal and external website
- Manage program policy documentation and handbooks
- Manage Master cohort decks and maintain content updates
- Monitor vILT and support Cohort Managers to ensure session timing and communicate real time updates with Cohort Managers, Facilitators and Learners
- Support session metrics (attendance, exceptions, surveys) as requested by Cohort Managers
- Support session analysis (weekly summaries, survey analysis, feedback and sentiment)
- Create Asana workflows (general project management) as requested by Program Coordinator
