Very good command of French/German/Dutch language

Communicative level of English

Experience in creating & publishing of application content promotions on the webpage

Experience in transforming edited content into web pages would be a plus

Ability to work within the deadlines and according to the policy & guidance

Good work organization and strong communication skills
- Supporting Web Authors in daily task – provide guidance
- Supporting Ops Manager in process delivery
- Creating of application content and maintaining web pages, Query resolution
- Checking for language specific keywords and ensure proper usage and tagging (to improve search and findability) before final publishing
- Identifying global content reuse opportunities for languages multiple channels/platforms
- Transforming edited content (including metadata and non-text content) into web pages ensuring accuracy and meeting stipulated SLAs
- Verify and validate requests, escalating cases where necessary
