Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizing creative ideas and working with marketing stakeholders to produce final designs.
- Testing, improving, and establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
- Designing visual imagery for websites and social media ensuring that they are in line with branding.
- Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
- Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, stand out, and on-brand.
Requirements:
- A strong portfolio of website designs, graphics, and icons (Dribbble or Behance).
- Professional level with design software and technologies (Figma, Adobe CS).
- Proven graphic designing experience.
- Proficiency in front-end development (HTML& CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience in UI, UX, and building products that are useful, easy, and enjoyable for people to use.
- Good understanding of content management systems.
- Excellent visual design skills.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills.
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field would be a benefit
