Active Directory management / Management of Exchange environment
Solving various incidents
Communicating/ coordinating actions with the 3rd parties
Requirements
Knowledge of Active Directory Windows 2003/2008
Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server (2007 and/or 2010)
MSSQL, MS Clusters, WMware, Citrix, HP ProLiant Blade Servers, DELL Servers is an advantage
Ability to support multiple business needs at once and work with little oversight
Ability to solve problems and proactive attitude
Capability to read and write technical documentation
Good command of English (verbal and writing).
