You will:
- Get to know the whole process chain within our global HR Department
- Work in HR Administration, HR Talent Acquisition, HR Learning & Development, and HR Project Management
- Analyze our current processes and be responsible for new and existing HR strategies from the planning stage to implementation, control and optimization
- Build up an excellent network within the Bielany Wroclawskie office and international HR teams as well as our management team
- University degree in HR or related area
- Fluent English
- You have already had the chance to gain some experience in Human Resource Management
- Willingness to face new challenges
- An interest in the world of IT and a commercial environment
- You are a motivated and ambitious person
- Ability to work independently but at the same time you are not a lone wolf
