Be Cognizant!

• Analyze invoice data, process invoices, and manage vendors: setup and updates,
• Handle payment processing, generate AP reports, and conduct compliance reviews,
• Respond to internal and external queries, and maintain accurate record retention,
• Prepare management reports on accounts payable and support audits specific to AP,
• Ensure compliance with internal audit and business guidelines, controls, and policies,
• Identify process improvements and create training materials,
• Supervise staff (including new joiners) and perform ad-hoc IT system testing,
• Complete all activities in a timely manner, in accordance with country SLAs and track necessary data.

• University Degree must have,
• Minimum one-year experience of Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable processing,
• Fluency in English and French (min. B2+),
• Good Verbal & Written Communication,
• Very good MS Office skills (Excel),
• Solid accounting skills is a strong plus,
• Customer Focus attitude.
