Responsibilities:
Entering financial data according to international standards and internal procedures
Invoice processing, cash application, order processing, intercompany reconciliation, preparing and processing journal entries
Preparing reports and analysis
Administrative and operational support for client requests
Understand customers’ concerns and address them effectively
Provide answers to inquiries involving a company's product or services
Establishing very good relations with the clients and colleagues
Requirements:
Fluent in Portuguese
Very good English knowledge
We are looking for both: experienced canditates (at least 2 years) and candidates without experience but with educational background in Economisc/Finance/Accountancy
At least the general knowledge about the accountancy
