Due to rapid growth of our organization we are looking for experienced professionals to join our Finance and Accounting projects. We are currently seeking for individuals who could take part in process documentation and transition of AP and AR processes and would form a core part of the F&A team post transition.
- Ensuring compliant and smooth P2P delivery across F&A projects
- Managing scope of the end P2P processes and implement improvement solutions
- Meeting of performance / quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements
- People management – coaching, motivating and training a team of project specialists/accountants
- Thorough understanding of P2P and O2C processes and deliverables
- Ensuring the reporting teams follow the floor/ODC client requirements
- Being a point of contact for potential queries/escalations
- Company representation in front of existing/potential clients
- Take active part in regular connection with client (calls/meetings)
- Lead Internal audits/external audits
- New policy introduction (training/communication)
- Take active part in monthly governance call
- Propose improvements/ ensure productivity control
- Set goals for team members and provide employee appraisal
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager SDL
- Solid background in P2P processes in a leadership function
- Min 5 years of experience in finance and accounting ideally in BPO/SSC environment
- Fluent English together with strong communication skills
