The description of duties is a presented below:
- Contribute to development of environmental policy at Frontex
- Revision and filing of documents for the Environmental Management System (EMS)
- Supporting tasks, activities, initiatives, and deliverables related to environmental management and sustainability
- Assisting with other tasks, activities, initiatives, and deliverables in the field of facility management
- Supporting the coordination and monitoring of projects and contracts, performing various contract management tasks
- Assisting with the preparation of procurement requests, technical specifications and other procurement related documentation
- Collecting and analysing data, preparing tables, databases, graphs and other data reports
- Keeping the knowledge base and administrative framework up to date, drafting articles, announcements etc in communication channels
- Drafting notes, letters, reports, follow correspondence, internal communication etc
- Organising and assisting during meetings, draft minutes where necessary
- Assisting with daily correspondence
- Keeping documents and administrative files up-to-date and in good order
- Education: successfully completed secondary education related to the business needs;
- Work experience: at least 1 year of professional experience in the specific area depending on the business needs;
- Computer skills: very good skills in the main MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Language skills: very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2) / knowledge of additional EU language.
