We are looking for you:
- You have at least 8 years of experience in the KYC/AML area in the banking industry,
- You have team/s leadership experience, as manager of managers: (performance and workload management, staff recruitment, leading team meetings and 1-to-1s, setting KPIs),
- You have advanced knowledge of regulatory KYC/AML requirements, developed understanding of the global financial system and banking as well as the regulatory environment and the impacts of non-compliance,
- You have experience in managing complex AML programs delivered to the corporate group internal partners,
- You have experience in AML investigation programs enhancements and improvements,
- You have excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written
- You have ability to coordinate goals of teams, departments and activities and monitors progress of initiatives and makes necessary adjustments,
- You are able to inspire confidence in the face of resistance or conflict and work towards mutually beneficial outcomes,
- You have ability to drive a culture of achievement: identifying, recognizing and celebrating success.
You'll get extra points for:
- Experience in building operations functions in shared services structures,
