ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
- Creating IT solutions with pre-defined requirements
- Identifying challenges related to the implementation of the project
- Preparation of system customer requirements based on product analysis
- Creation, analysis and verification of functional specifications
- Estimation of the resources which needed to meet functional and non-functional requirements in the field of integration
- Regular update of progress, reporting of risk and emerging challenges
- Providing support for development teams during the project implementation
- Solving problems in cooperation with the client, suppliers, colleagues
- Building and maintaining good relationships with clients
- Ensuring effective, clear and timely internal and external communication
- Active acquisition of business knowledge related to customers and their logistics processes
- Regular development of your competences (including language)
- Striving to constantly improve everyday activities to increase work efficiency
WYMAGANIA:
- Able to interact with customers on a technical and non-technical basis using English
- Strong communicator with influencing skills
- Able to work on your own initiative with limited supervision
- Excellent time management and organisational acumen
- Pro-active thinker and problem solver
- Able to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously
- Have the capability to manage client expectations
- Strong troubleshooter: You will be responsible for detecting potential issues and implementing solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact budget or business operation
