SCOPE OF DUTIES:
- Preparation of system customer requirements based on product analysis
- Responsibility for the timeliness and transparency of the backlog
- Cooperation with other departments of the company consisting in providing all necessary information at every stage of project creation
- Working in accordance with the values of AGILE methodologies
- Active acquisition of business knowledge related to modules, carriers and logistics processes
- Ensuring project support, implementation of research and analytical elements
- Planning and presenting new functionalities in accordance with the requirements
- Providing the team with knowledge in the form of data migration rules, business rules
- Responsibility for the substantive part of the description of the solution for the client
- Estimate the resources needed to meet functional and non-functional requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communicator with excellent analytical skills
- Fluent English speaker
- Able to work on your own initiative with limited supervision
- Excellent time management and organisational acumen
- Pro-active thinker and problem solver
- Able to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously
- Have the capability to manage client expectations
- Strong troubleshooter: You will be responsible for detecting potential issues and implementing solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact budget or business operation
