ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Creating IT solutions with pre-defined requirements
• Identifying challenges related to the implementation of the project
• Preparation of system customer requirements based on product analysis
• Creation, analysis and verification of functional specifications
• Estimation of the resources which needed to meet functional and non-functional requirements in the field of integration
• Regular update of progress, reporting of risk and emerging challenges
• Providing support for development teams during the project implementation
• Solving problems in cooperation with the client, suppliers, colleagues
• Building and maintaining good relationships with clients
• Ensuring effective, clear and timely internal and external communication
• Regular development of your competences (including language)
• Striving to constantly improve everyday activities to increase work efficiency

WYMAGANIA:

• Able to interact with customers on a technical and non-technical basis using English
• Strong communicator with influencing skills
• Able to work on your own initiative with limited supervision
• Excellent time management and organisational acumen
• Pro-active thinker and problem solver
• Able to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously
• Have the capability to manage client expectations
• Strong troubleshooter: You will be responsible for detecting potential issues and implementing solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact budget or business operation
