For our client, internationally recognized company which offers data processing services, we are currently looking for young specialists interested in working at Shared Service Center in Gdynia.
Case Management Analyst will be responsible for undertaking timely and accurate research as an essential member of the local research team, removing “false positives” from initial record screen and creating and maintaining appropriate and accurate KYC records in the system. Your duties will also include scanning original documents into the system, summarizing and/or translating non-English language documents and facilitating appropriate work orders to the agreed SLAs.
We are looking for Candidates with Finance/Economy/Banking educational background and at least 1 year of professional experience within research, processing/analyzing quantitative data, preparing reports or solving problems; SSC/BPO professionals are also welcome. To be successful on this position, you need to have a very good knowledge of English and preferably at least intermediate knowledge of another European language. We are looking for candidates with excellent analytical skills, attention to details and ability to make exhaustive research. You should also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and multi-tasking skills.
