- Participating in processing and posting T&Es and invoices
- Delivering ad-hock reports as per the client requirement
- Providing reports of SLAs and KPIs
- Creating and regularly updating process documentation
- Day-to-day contact with the client
- Providing high level customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting area (preferred accounting office)
- Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
- Knowledge of Polish tax regulations
- Time and deadline management skills
- Analytical skills and good MS Excel knowledge
- University degree
- Experience in SSC/BPO environment would be an asset
